Visit The Windmill Museum and the London and Scottish public golf course.
This is the perfect spot for a walk on the common. There is plenty of room to fly your kite or play some old fashioned hide and seek.
Perhaps feed the ducks on Queens Mere pond before having a tasty and well earned breakfast or lunch.
You may even be sufficiently lucky to spot a film or TV soap being shot, as many are produced on the common.
There are also several rangers patrolling the common who are more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
You can make a visit to the windmill, where Baden Powell wrote the scout handbook for boys. The windmill is still a working museum, where you are even able to mill your own flour, as it has been done here for centuries.
Many sports are enjoyed.
There is also the visitors centre at the Wimbledon Common Conservators where you can see the day to day running of the common and its wildlife which is abundant.
